Heidi spent the past eighteen years in the search and staffing industry. She started in sales in Orlando, Florida for a national staffing provider. She was recruited by a regional staffing firm and relocated to Atlanta to grow a new region. In two years, she built a team of sales and operations professionals to open six new branches and nine new on-site managed services accounts in AL, GA and SC. After two years, she moved back to Florida to assume a new corporate role directing all sales for managed services accounts and building a new managed services delivery team. She and her team worked with the sixty branches to ensure sales and operational consistency with the high-profile accounts. Two years later, she assumed a Director of Sales and Marketing role directing sales strategy for all business from transactional accounts to managed services/national accounts for the traditional staffing offices, as well as the new IT and F&A divisions being created through acquisitions and new branch openings. Years later, after her firm was acquired by a large national firm hoping to increase their footprint on the east coast, Heidi sought out the opportunity to help search and staffing firms build the best teams. She realized having great teams in every market had been the single most important success factor. Her experience in staffing hiring, developing and managing sales, operations and management teams, helps her to identify high performers who will make an impact for you.
Heidi grew up in Ohio and is a graduate of The Ohio State University. She served as PTA President and Treasurer for her children’s elementary school from 2010 – 2015. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for a local Little League and is very active with Boy Scouts of America. When she isn’t working, Heidi enjoys running, boating, traveling, watching Ohio State football and spending weekends with her husband watching their two sons play travel baseball.
