Angela Ojeda

Angela has over 20 years of Executive Recruiting experience within the staffing industry. A career built on a foundation of having done the roles she recruits for now. After starting her career in staffing sales, she transitioned into Executive Search with Adecco North America. During her tenure at Adecco, Angela’s impact was transformative. She rose from Executive Recruiter to Division Director, leading a team of seven while remaining a President's Club producer. She was also instrumental in building the company’s first centralized Talent Acquisition team. A specialty team that recruited passive talent from the competition to Adecco and all its subsidiaries. This experience developed her deep knowledge of the competition, market pay, trends and helped guide key stakeholders in hiring strategies. 

Today, Angela uses her expertise in candidate assessment and the staffing industry to align top-tier talent with clients. She leads with a consultative, partner driven approach that brings confidence to both the hiring manager and candidate. 

Beyond the Office: A Chicago native with deep Italian roots, Angela is the heartbeat of a massive extended family (including 71 cousins!). Now based in Tampa, she finds her greatest joy in her husband and three children—a daughter and fraternal twin boys. Guided by her faith, Angela brings the same energy to her kitchen and the dance floor as she does to her professional partnerships.
