Cheryl Anderson

Anderson Recruiting Consultants (ARC) is led by industry veteran Cheryl Anderson. Since 1998, Cheryl has navigated the complexities of the talent landscape, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor and the “Recruiter’s Recruiter.” Since 2003, she has personally placed over 2,000 professionals, including high-performing Equity Partners, Division Directors, and other senior-level sales, recruiting, and operations roles.

What defines Cheryl’s success is her deeply consultative approach. She recognizes that elite recruiting requires more than matching a resume to a job description. It requires active listening to understand the unspoken needs of a culture and the long-term goals of a candidate. By acting as a consultant and partner rather than a high-volume vendor, she ensures every placement is a catalyst for growth. She surrounds herself with a tenured team that shares her approach and genuine care for the people they serve.

Since founding ARC in 2006, Cheryl has found the greatest reward in watching her candidates expand their careers and her clients thrive. A graduate of the University of Tennessee and an Atlanta native, she leads alongside her husband, Walter, VP of Operations. They reside in North Atlanta and enjoy spending time with their adult daughter, Courtney, their Great Danes Rambo and Yeti, attending concerts, and traveling.
