Jaimie Quintero

Jaimie brings a diverse background in sales and recruiting within the staffing industry. She began her career in healthcare staffing, where she spent three years partnering with hospitals and health systems to deliver staffing solutions.

She later transitioned into an Executive Recruiter role at a full-service agency, where she spent four years recruiting across a wide range of roles—from part- and full-time employees to senior leadership positions, including VPs and Heads of U.S. Compliance. During this time, Jaimie developed deep experience recruiting across multiple industries, including IT, Software and SaaS, Sales, Administrative, Finance and Accounting, and Manufacturing.

Before she joined Anderson Recruiting, Jaimie was in corporate recruiting, where she focused on construction staffing. Her broad recruiting background allows her to understand both client and candidate needs, and she is passionate about building strong, long-term partnerships through thoughtful, strategic hiring.

Jaimie earned her B.A. in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina in 2015. A native of the greater Atlanta area, she now calls Charleston, South Carolina home, where she lives with her husband, their daughter, and their dog. She loves reading, cooking, beach days, and is an avid runner.
