Tory Giguere has a decade of progressive experience in talent acquisition, team leadership, and market expansion. She began her career in the staffing industry with a large international firm, where she quickly distinguished herself through performance and leadership. She started as a Staffing Manager, running a full sales and recruiting desk for both permanent and contract placements. Tory advanced into leadership and ultimately served as a director overseeing a $14 million-per-year operation.
While there, Tory built her market from the ground up. When she assumed her Market Manager role, she inherited only one direct report and personally sourced and hired the talent needed to grow the team. Through strategic hiring, hands-on leadership, and a relentless focus on performance, she expanded the team from 3 to 8 and ultimately to 14 members — making it the largest team in the region and ranking in the top 10 company-wide for three consecutive years. Her experience spans light industrial, finance and accounting, professional services, sales, and recruiting, giving her a broad, cross-functional perspective in executive search.
Prior to joining Anderson Recruiting Consultants, Tory served as a Senior Executive Recruiter at a boutique firm where she refined her consultative, high-touch approach to partnering with clients and candidates. Known for her direct communication style and people-first mindset, Tory thrives alongside professionals who are passionate about their work.
