Aryn has been in Executive Recruiting for almost 20 years, identifying and working with some of the top talent within the greater Nashville, TN area connecting them with employers in accounting, finance, human resources, executive administration, non-clinical healthcare, customer relations, and light industrial fields. Aryn has served as Sr. Branch Manager for eight years in the Middle Tennessee area for one of the largest Staffing Providers in the world, leading that branch to be one of the most profitable in the United States. She has worked with clients of all sizes and industries spanning from major municipalities and Fortune500 companies to sole proprietorships. She joined Anderson Recruiting in August 2019.

Aryn prides herself on her ability to not only find the most qualified professionals for the company and the job fit, but most importantly, the “boss” fit. She further prides herself on understanding her customers’ and candidates’ needs to the point of being a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process. During her time at Anderson Recruiting, she has recruited over 1700 Staffing Business Development Managers, Recruiters, and Industry Leaders nationally within various Lines of Business to include Technology, Digital/Creative/Marketing, Accounting + Finance, Office + Administrative, Human Resources, Legal, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Engineering and Supply Chain.

 Aryn graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in Communications. She grew up in Roswell, Georgia and has lived in the Greater Nashville Area since 2004.
