Jenny is an accomplished professional in the world of sales and business development, marketing & digital media.  With over 28 years of experience and a strong background in sales, she demonstrates the ability to understand the culture of her clients and provide top candidates for their open positions. Jenny’s success can be attributed to her excellent ability to network and build relationships in both her professional and social connections. She has served on several boards, in many volunteer and co-chairman roles, and is a Deacon at her church in Myers Park of Charlotte.

After 22 years in sales and 5 years in advertising and marketing, Jenny decided to make a career pivot to Recruiting.  Growing up around family-owned businesses, she saw constant proof that the most important factor of any business is people. She began interacting with clients at a young age and learned the importance of communication and listening.

Jenny aims to help ARC clients find the solution to their problems. Jenny grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina, went to University of Georgia (B.A. in Journalism – Marketing/Advertising focus) and lived in Atlanta for 8 years.  In 2001, she moved back to her home state of NC to Charlotte where she met her husband Neal of 20 years.  They have 2 teenage children, Joe and Sloan.  She loves the beach, playing Mah-Jong with friends, traveling and hanging out with “Otis,” her big English yellow lab.
