Rachel has been a Talent Acquisition Researcher in the staffing industry since 2012 focusing on IT, Engineering, Medical and Life Sciences within the world’s largest staffing agency – Modis/Adecco. Dedicated and driven, she has won four consecutive achievement awards for sourcing 400+ candidates that were placed within the Modis/Adecco organization from entry-level recruiters/sales reps to senior vice presidents.

The staffing industry was a natural progression for Rachel from her inside sales/customer service background as her entire career has involved working with people on various levels of support. Rachel believes in being a team player, working hard and building strong lasting relationships with colleagues, candidates and clients.
