After graduating from the University of New Hampshire with degrees in Finance and Economics, Matt quickly realized the Finance world wasn’t for him, and landed in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. He’s been in the space for 5 years now with no plans of going anywhere. He started working with top talent in the IT industry focused in the Greater NYC area, and worked at a boutique search firm where he recruited sales reps and managers nationwide before joining forces with Anderson Recruiting and Consulting.

He values the relationships he builds with clients and candidates, and understands that communication is key to maintaining those relationships. Growing up playing sports, his competitive mentality translates to what he does now; believing that what separates himself from others is pure perseverance.

Matt grew up in Basking Ridge, NJ, but now lives in Austin, TX. In his spare time, you can find Matt watching the New York Giants (unfortunately), playing golf or basketball, or finding live music somewhere locally.
